Types of a Wedding Package

With the sandy beaches, swaying coconut palms and tropical sunsets, it is easy to understand that one of the most popular wedding packages is the beach wedding - either during the day with the wonderful blue ocean lapping the shores, or as the sun is setting with its golden glow embracing the happy couple. Some Fiji resorts who focus on weddings have created special beach or hilltop wedding chapels, with glass sides to take in the wonderful panorama, but providing a more formal setting for the marriage. Those who love nature will be able to find resorts offering ceremonies in the rainforest, typically by a waterfall. Some will go for the full traditional Fiji wedding with elaborate Fiji tapa costume for that exotic wedding in paradise. Wedding Package inclusions

What is included in a package depends on the resort you choose. There are some fairly standard inclusions, but different wedding resorts and hotels will add their extra touches, depending on location, services and facilities available. Here are a sample of inclusions that you may find in your perfect Fiji wedding package.

Legal arrangements and paperwork required in Fiji
Minister or celebrant (in remote locations this may include the cost of the minister's transportation)
Flowers - from simple bouquet, to other elaborate options such as floral arches, room decorations, petals as you walk, bridesmaids posies, salusalus (floral neck lei), table decorations

Venue - preparation, or getting to and from
Fijian traditional wedding attire. Traditional weddings usually include warriors, Fijian girls as bridesmaids, maybe a Fijian raft for conveying the bride to the ceremony, or special chair hoisted aloft by the warriors.
